Hair Extension Refund Policy There are absolutely no refunds on extension services. You must realize that some people will simply not like having new hair attached to their own hair, or find that the extensions are not what they expected them to be. Most people love extensions, however there are exceptions and you can not always know ahead of time. If you have extremely sensitive skin or find that you are prone to allergies or skin irritations, extensions may not be right for you. You do need to give extensions a fair chance. It can take a week or two to get used to the feeling of the attachments. We are not responsible for personal preference. The extension hair may not feel exactly like your own hair and that is to be expected. After getting your hair done and the result is being accepted any claims will not be aacepted and refunds will not be made. Hair Refund Policy There are no refunds on hair pieces. The only exception to our policy is stock pieces. If a client orders a stock hair piece and decides upon seeing the piece that it is not what they wanted, the piece can be returned as long as the piece has not been altered in any way. Altered means: inserted, washed, cut, colored or any chemical service applied to the hair piece. €50 deposit is required to confirm the appointment. Deposits are non transferable and non refundable for no show ups and appts cancelled/changed 48 hours before the appt time. Thank you. |
